I have done this entire process and the home is going to sale in 5 days. The bank wants a release of lien to issue the approval letter and the IRS wants the approval letter to release the lien. It has been an ongoing battle and the negotiator will not postpone the sale date coming up. How did you resolve this issue?

Matt, I have not heard of any of my clients who have been pursued. There has got to be some cases in Las Vegas. There are a lot of strategic default owners here. Thanks for the comment.
